Enjoy a hearty, farm-fresh breakfast, served alfresco on the open- air patio while taking in the sights and sounds of the woods and gardens alive with wildlife. A haven for bird & animal lovers. Sip a hot cup of freshly ground coffee or steamy brewed tea, while farm-fresh egg dishes, waffles, pancakes, and homemade pastries are being prepared to your liking. Breakfast & other meals are also served in the formal dining room beside a cozy fire or in the warmth of the farm kitchen during the winter months. Made from scratch, creamy hot chocolate is served fireside on those chilly winter mornings.

Highlighting the seasons are specialty dishes including fresh strawberry compote, farm grown veggie omelets, baked stuffed breakfast apples, and a baked fruit & nut oatmeal custard. Local syrups, homemade jams and jellies, and fresh butter top the home baked breads and pastries; Mom’s Pecan Sticky Buns fresh from the oven are tops on the menu. A heart-healthy breakfast parfait is available if you choose. It’s chocked full of healthy granola, yogurt, & fresh fruits and is served with an oven fresh muffin. Fresh juices are served daily.

Special diets can be accommodated with advanced notice. Picnic lunches & dinner menus available upon request. We welcome small groups for brunch or dinner with advanced reservation.

Living Room and Library:   A marble antique fireplace adorned with an ornate, Williamsburg-style mantel accents the Victorian formal living & dining rooms. The Hoffman library is named after the farm’s original owners, the Robert Hoffman family. Bob was a well-known local builder & craftsman who designed and built this dream home for wife Willie, and family. Here, you can choose a book of your liking, take a leisurely afternoon catnap, or just sit back to view a breath-taking sunset.
